Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

We recently used Bar Go for our wedding earlier in March and they were awesome! Craig was super helpful leading up to our wedding and all of our guests enjoyed having them. I would highly recommend using Bar Go for any event you’re having! Also, the airstream bar was a huge hit, such a cool decoration at any location!
We loved having Bar Go at our wedding! Craig and the Bar Go team are very professional and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable and had excellent recommendations for drink choices. They worked with us to create a straightforward shopping list and quickly responded to our questions and adjustments.
I worked with Craig and Ashlyn for a recent event and they were phenomenal. Their set up was very cute and fun, their service was super friendly, and they were such a gift to the whole event. Craig was so helpful to me in providing local recommendations as I was planning the event.
Craig and his wife made our wedding that much better. 10/10 will book again!! I loved having the trailer available (so cute), and the option to have non-alcoholic drinks for our kiddos/other's was wonderful. The service was fantastic. We are so thankful for them on our wedding day. :)
Booking Bar Go LLC for a wedding
Weddings come up for Bar Go LLC — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
