What this site is

HireMobileBartenders.com is a free informational directory of mobile bartending services, compiled from publicly available business information, the services' own websites, and customer reviews. We are a directory only — we are not a booking agency, we are not affiliated with the services listed, we take no commission, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a listed business.

No alcohol sales

We do not sell, supply, or deliver alcohol, and a listing here is not an offer of alcohol for sale. Most mobile bartending services operate on a "dry hire" basis — the client supplies the alcohol and the service supplies the bar, staff, and service — because alcohol licensing is state- and venue-specific. Nothing on this site is legal advice about alcohol service; confirm what's lawful for your event with your venue, your bartending service, and your state's rules. This site is intended for visitors of legal drinking age planning events, and nothing here encourages alcohol consumption.

Confirm licensing and insurance directly

Badges like "Licensed & insured" reflect evidence we found in a service's own materials or in public reviews — they are not a license check, a certification, or a guarantee. Before you book, confirm current licensing, liquor liability insurance, and any certificates your venue requires directly with the service, and ask for documentation. Requirements vary by state and by venue.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings current, but service areas, packages, add-ons, pricing, availability, and even a service's existence can change without notice. Web-only listings (marked as such) are compiled from the open web without a Google Business listing to verify against — double-check their details especially. Listings, rankings, and badges (weddings, corporate events, tap truck, dry hire, licensed & insured) are provided as-is, without warranty. Always confirm details with the service before signing anything or paying a deposit.

Reviews and photos

Review excerpts and photos shown on listing pages are drawn from public sources and belong to their respective authors. If you're an author or business and want something removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, misrepresent our rankings, or use our data to spam the services listed. Journalists and researchers: you're welcome to cite our data with a link.
