Add-on services, and who offers them near you
At some point every event plan graduates from "we need a bartender" to "we need a bartender, a champagne wall, and someone to bus the glasses" — and that second list is much harder to search for. These pages flip the directory around: pick an add-on below and see every service whose own site or clients' reviews show real evidence of offering it, with the review receipts. Counts reflect that evidence — actual offerings, not a menu of maybes — so they grow as the directory does.
Signature Cocktail Menus
A custom menu designed for your event — classically one drink for each of you — that pours faster and shops shorter than a full bar.
Mocktails & Zero-Proof
Real zero-proof menus, not "we have soda" — the add-on that makes an event genuinely inclusive for everyone in the room.
Waitstaff & Servers
Servers alongside the bartenders — passed drinks, table service, and the cleanup fairy your venue contract quietly assumes exists.
Setup & Teardown Included
Bar setup before guests arrive and gone before the venue walkthrough — included, not an upsell, for the services flagged here.
Glassware & Barware
Real glass instead of plastic — coupes, flutes, and rocks glasses, delivered, washed, and taken away.
Champagne Walls & Mimosa Bars
Champagne walls and mimosa bars — the pour that doubles as the photo backdrop.
Barbacks
The extra pair of hands behind the bar — restocking ice and glassware so the line never learns what a restock looks like.
Espresso & Coffee Carts
Espresso carts and coffee bars — the daytime-event bar, the wedding-reception second wind, and the all-ages crowd-pleaser.
Beer & Wine Packages
A simpler bar done well — beer and wine packages with the staffing and shopping list scaled to match.
Ice Service
Ice handled end to end — the least glamorous line on the quote and the one that ruins the night when it's missing.
How add-on evidence works here
A service counts as offering an add-on when its own website or its clients' reviews say so — "the champagne wall was the hit of the reception" is the kind of line that puts a service on one of these pages, and each page shows those quotes next to the service. Two honest caveats. First, evidence isn't a package quote: what's included, staffed, and charged varies service to service, so the directory tells you who to email first, not what it costs. Second, some listings here were found via web search and aren't yet rated on Google — they're listed after the rated services, with their websites, because the evidence comes from the sites themselves.
Keep going: plan the whole bar at the weddings hub, browse services by event type, or see tap trucks & vintage mobile bars for the add-on that's also the venue decor.
