Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
BayShore Bar Services did a great job at my son‘s wedding at Breckenridge Barn on 10/10. Bryan and Cory were wonderful at the bar inside and the horse trailer outside that we rented. The Signature cocktails were amazing and they did well to keep the lines down and everyone happy!
We cannot say enough about Bayshore, my wife reached out to them about our wedding and they were so helpful from the beginning. Helping us pick out specialty drinks, advising us on which alcohol to buy and how much and designing a custom bar menu to go with our color scheme!
BayShore Bar Services did a phenomenal job at our wedding at Castle Farm! They kept the lines moving, ensured fast and efficient set up and break down, and the service all throughout the planning process was excellent!
BayShore Bar Service is top notch! Their staff was fun, polite, and kept the drinks flowing for our guests! They were efficient and so professional. We had over 150 guests for our wedding and there was never a long line at the bar because of how efficient the team was.
Booking BayShore Bar Services | Mobile Bar in Maryland & Delaware for a wedding
Weddings come up for BayShore Bar Services | Mobile Bar in Maryland & Delaware — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
