Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
We hired Brandon to bartend our wedding and it was one of the easiest and best decisions we made during the planning process. He discussed our event over the phone and provided helpful insight for our DIY bar. He was easy to reach over phone, text, and email—a rarity in the wedding industry!
Brandon was amazing. Fully exceeded expectation. He brought back up supplies that I didn’t realize we needed and was very prepared. He was dressed professionally and was very personable. In any downtime he walked around and picked up trash and kept himself busy. We will be rehiring for any other parties we throw.
Brandon tended bar at my neighborhood holiday party. EVERYONE loved him!! I have already booked him for next year. From the beginning when he provided a list of what I needed until the end when we shut it down, he was professional and courteous.
Couldn’t recommend more! Had them bartend our wedding and it was a breeze. On your wedding day you want to deal with as little as possible and with Black Tie they didn’t bother us at all! They were early to our event, dressed to impress, and took care of our guests to the fullest extent.
Booking Black Tie Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Black Tie Bartending — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Black Tie Bartending
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Black Tie Bartending — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
