Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
I hired Boston's Best Bartending Service to work an event for my company, and I was very impressed with Dianna's quick response time and coordination before the event. The real shining star, though, was our bartender, Kim. I cannot say enough about how lovely, professional, and kind she was.
I work for a residential property that holds events for its residents. We have used Boston Best Bartending every time we hold something and love it! Dianna is always quick to respond to our inquiries and helps to get everything situated. For as long as I have worked here, we have always used Kim as a bartender.
Tasha from Boston's Best Bartending was wonderful and went above and beyond! The broker open house took place at a giant condo complex, so there was a lot of heavy lifting up and down elevator and stairs, getting all the liquor and ice where it needed to go. Tasha was great about all of it!
Great services. I was pleased with the attention to detail and the professionalism. Amazing bartenders and office staff.
Booking Boston's Best Bartending Service for a wedding
Weddings come up for Boston's Best Bartending Service — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
