Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
It was awesome to walk up to one of my dear friends retirement party and see familiar faces bartending. Dean and Gina are awesome friends but also great and honest business people. And they are FUN! I would highly consider them for your next event. You’ll be glad you did.
Regina and Dean did an amazing job as our bartenders for our Mindful Games annual event to benefit Mindful Care Adult Day Services! Regina was easy to communicate with and very accommodating as we had to increase our numbers prior to the event. They provided all the needed supplies for serving our beer and wine.
This was a really cool experience. Showed up to a business network meeting at 7:30am and there is a mini bar being set up and mocktails being hand made. Bring Your Own Bartenders was hosting and made these cool sparkling orange juice drinks with maple syrup.
Huge shoutout to Bring Your Own Bartenders and the Heasley family. They are some of the best people you’ll meet, and they do things the right way. If you need mobile bartending for a party, wedding, corporate event, fundraiser, or special occasion around Murfreesboro, Nashville, or Middle Tennessee, I’d definitely…
Booking Bring Your Own Bartenders for a wedding
Weddings come up for Bring Your Own Bartenders — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Bring Your Own Bartenders
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Bring Your Own Bartenders — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
