Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
We had Kyle bartend our rehearsal dinner and reception for our wedding and he was nothing short of amazing, and he was so much more than we could have asked for. At the rehearsal dinner he went outside of his job duties and helped buss tables for us when he had some downtime, which was so helpful.
Our review is long overdue as life got crazy after our wedding, but we wanted to ensure we shared our experience if anyone considered Kyle and his company for bartending services. We had an absolute 10 out of 5 all-around experience! Kyle was extremely prompt with his response time.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Davis and Bubbly Bartending to provide bar service for our daughter's recent wedding. The planning, support, and service provided by Kyle and his team was exceptional.
We’re so glad Kyle was our bartender for our wedding! From the start, he was incredibly helpful from guiding us through drink choices, putting together a detailed shopping list (we chose to handle the shopping ourselves, though he does offer that service), and giving great advice on cup sizes and amounts.
Booking Bubbly Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Bubbly Bartending — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Bubbly Bartending
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Bubbly Bartending — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
