If I could give Liz 6 stars I would. We hired her for a corporate event, and she was easily one of the most flexible caterers I have ever worked with. My wife and I recently had Liz cater our daughter's college graduation party for about 20 guests. After reading her reviews I decided to contact her. From the very first contact on the phone to the day of the event she was always available for questions and was very flexible with menu options.
In May 2018 I got married and had Catering by Liz. Our business relationship goes back a year before the wedding. I have been nothing but pleased and satisfied with everything she suggested, and provided. The food was amazing, the bartender was fantastic, the staff was simply perfect.
Liz is a true professional. She will get the job done no matter what the obstacles. We had our event in a remote location with minimal facilities and she exceeded our expectations. Our 50+ guests were all very pleased with the quality and preparation of the food. She catered both dinner and breakfast the next morning.
