Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Legendary service and professionalism. We booked C&C for a black tie fundraiser event last year. From the initial contacts to final clean-up after the event everything went so well. The pre-planning was made easy as CJ is super organized and helped us get the right amount of all the necessary ingredients.
I have had the ultimate pleasure of working with CJ from Copper & Crystal on numerous weddings and events hosted at the Flying Caballos Ranch. In addition to being the Venue Manager, I have also served as the Wedding Coordinator for majority of these events.
Copper & Crystal provided exceptional bar services for our small wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with their performance. From start to finish, working with CJ and Jack was a breeze. They were responsive and attentive to our needs, providing a detailed list of supplies to ensure the event's success.
Copper & Crystal provided the perfect drink service for our wedding in SLO and left our guests raving about the experience all night long. They helped us craft our perfect signature cocktails and were super helpful every step of the planning process.
Booking Copper & Crystal, Bar Service for a wedding
Weddings come up for Copper & Crystal, Bar Service — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
