Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.
How they'll run your bar

Add-ons they offer
“Our server, Preston, was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and listened when we explained food allergies.”
From the reviews
Was in town from Milwaukee and had a great meal. The dry aged ribeye was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I ate at the bar. Bartender Lilly was my server, was fantastic and made a great manhattan. This will be my go-to place whenever I’m back in town. Top notch.
The staff is very kind, and you’ll get your food pretty quickly. There is a nice variety of menu options, which I appreciate as a pescatarian. I’ve had the salmon before, but what I enjoyed most was the bang bang shrimp tempura bowl. The portions were perfect, and the vegetables were great.
We were here to celebrate my birthday and they treated us so well. We had the smoked salmon dip appetizer which was definitely worth the try. I then shared some pasta with one of my friends. We chose to split the Black & White Alfredo and the Spicy Shrimp Diavolo.
The margarita was fantastic🥰 and the decor was pretty calming and nice. The music could of went down a notch, but nonetheless was still an inviting atmosphere. The Garden Pesto could of used a little more pesto, was a little too dry for my taste and so was the chicken.
Booking Craft Chophouse & Lounge for a wedding
Weddings come up for Craft Chophouse & Lounge — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
