Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

“My first visit was last year for my birthday shortly after they had opened and the service was very poor.”
What hosts say again and again
“The venue is always so fun, cocktails and food are amazing, but I’ll forever be a customer at 701 because of the people.”
From the reviews
I’ve got to say my experience has been redeemed in the best way. My first visit was last year for my birthday shortly after they had opened and the service was very poor. I hesitantly came back 2 weeks ago with a friend and everything was wonderful from the quick service, beautiful drinks, and delicious eats!
We cannot rave enough about Eat Drink Love and also the bar 701 Craft! The owner, Lauren, has dedicated so much time and effort to ensure that all of her guests have the best experience possible and it shows! We’ve never had a bad meal or drink.
I visited with my family and we were impressed. We enjoy the setting, the place is just fabulous and has great vibes. The food was very good, with fresh ingredients, and the staff were awesome too. I had the best burger I’ve ever had there. And the drinks are carefully crafted to perfection.
My wife and I stopped by here for lunch on the first leg of our honeymoon. Really homey feeling and charming, especially in the upstairs bar area. Also a beautiful view right by the river. The food was reasonably priced and of good quality. Don’t miss out on this place if you’re in the area!
Booking Eat Drink Love & 701 Craft for a wedding
Weddings come up for Eat Drink Love & 701 Craft — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Eat Drink Love & 701 Craft
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Eat Drink Love & 701 Craft — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
