My wife and I contracted Ed’s for our son‘s wedding and I cannot say enough good things about everything from communication to service. First of all in the service industry nowadays communication is sporadic at best and not ED’S. Everything was clear upfront and on time as it should be.
We used Ed's for a invite only occasion at our office..... we probably had 170 people come thru in 4 hours, and the bartender was great! I think it was Victoria. She came early to set up, was super friendly to everyone, and very professional. She didn't even want me to watch the bar while she went to the restroom.
We used Eds for a wedding venue. It was on a short time frame but Louis and the crew did an excellent job. We only had about 70 guest and had just one bartender who did a great job. anything squirrly was talked about prior. they were earlier, set up and ready to go at reception time.
They did the bartending for my wedding and did a fabulous job. They were super easy to work with. They had a great selection of beer and wine. They even had soda options for kids or for people who don't drink alcohol. The lady who was our bartender (I forget what her name was) was super nice and sweet.
