Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

I had so much fun with the custom creation class! Cassiddi was our mixologist for the night & she was so energetic, kind, and fun!! We received remind texts and updates from Reagan along the way. This would be such a fun idea for a happy hour or bachelorette party, any event really!
I found Encore Mixology through social media and after calling a few other bartending services, I decided to go with Encore because of their quick response, great communication, and reasonable pricing with flexible package options.
I LOVED my experience with the custom creation class. Our mixologist, Cassiddi, was so friendly, helpful, and simply a great time. Raegan was easy to communicate with and ensured we were all set for our class.
My experience with Reagan and the Encore team was absolutely stellar! We were in Scottsdale for a bachelor party and hosted a pool party one day, and Encore was there for four hours to serve us.
