Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
I came across Amanda and her business in such a random way but it was definitely meant to be!! I ordered the glazed donut martini package and it was AMAZING! Perfect amount of sweet, perfect amount of booze, amazing presentation, and so adorable! It would be the perfect drink for a cute brunch or bachelorette party!
Fizzy Mobile Bar really knows how to serve up a perfect cocktail experience! I ordered one of their cocktail kits, and it was such a fun activity. No need to run around buying ingredients, everything you need is delivered straight to your door, and the cocktails turn out absolutely delicious.
Amanda and her team set up quickly and had beautiful, well thought out and curated drinks for our party. They were friendly, clean and quick to strike afterward. The drinks were delicious! Will definitely have them come to our next event!
Such an amazing spirit 🫶🏾 and looks outstanding HIGHLY RECOMMEND very exotic and intoxicating taste as well!!
Booking Fizzy Mobile Bar for a wedding
Weddings come up for Fizzy Mobile Bar — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
