i’ve been to a bunch of parties where joe was behind the bar, and he always kills it. the drinks are genuinely good, balanced, creative, and way more thoughtful than what you usually get at private events. the thing i respect most is how much work he puts into the craft.
I’ve worked with joe and seen him behind the bar at vox on a crazy night, and he handled it like he’d been there all night. super calm, fast, and still making drinks that actually tasted good while everything was moving.
Joe is one of the most personable and professional bartenders I’ve met. He has a great attitude, works incredibly hard, and genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, from his attention to detail to the way he interacts with guests.
We hired Full Proof Bartending recently and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Joe was easy to work with, the craft cocktails were excellent, and the whole mobile bar setup looked super clean and professional.
