I recently took this bartending class, and it was a fantastic experience! Karla is knowledgeable and engaging, covering everything from cocktail recipes to proper techniques and customer service. I really appreciated the hands-on practice, where we got to mix drinks and learn the art of bartending in real time.
I had the pleasure of having Karla as an instructor for a 30 hour class and I have never met a greater teacher or bartender. I met her at a location where she was bartending and joked about wanting to learn to make drinks for guests at my place and she told me if I was serious I could take courses with her!
Very professional and very intentional with the way things are taught. Able to provide all of the information needed before class with bartending booklets and pens. Not only was it genuinely taught was also a fun time learning. I would highly recommend to anyone learning how to bartend :) !
