I used Jo's Traveling Bar as the alcohol caterer for my squadron's Holiday Party and they did a very nice job. I told Jo about a week prior exactly how much money I had available to put on the bar including setup fee and gratuity and she made sure that my bill at the end of the night did not exceed that.
