Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Elyse and Jonathan of Life of the BARty are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are professional, creative, friendly, reliable, and consistently bring an energy that encourages guest interaction and great conversation. As an event planner, I especially appreciate the extra care they put into every detail.
We just got married this past Saturday on June 3, 2023. Elyse was recommended to me off of our community Facebook. I reached out to her and let me tell you up until our wedding she communicated, She explain to me the services and she provided a list of liquor that I needed to buy.
We recently hired Jonathon and Elyse for our wedding. Jonathon even officiated our wedding! He did an amazing job at it. We did a zoom call for a little over an hour where he got to know my now wife and I. He understood our vibe completely. They did a great job at bartending! Our guests loved all their drinks.
Life of the Party was amazing! From start to finish they nailed it. We had a signature drink menu and they made each one to perfection. We ran out of limes and they actually went and got more limes! They are the best and will definitely be using them again for all my future events!
Booking Life of the BARty for a wedding
Weddings come up for Life of the BARty — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
