Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.
What hosts say again and again
“Her drinks were fantastic, she was so personable and professional and made my holiday party a huge hit!”
From the reviews
I have been in attendance at a few events serviced by Liquor Up and each was better than the last. Leah is not only incredibly knowledgeable about her craft, but is friendly, personable and reliable. She creates a fun, interactive and customized experience.
Leah did an incredible job at my home for my daughters engagement party. We had a party of 20 adults and 5 children She was personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. She went above & beyond her duties as a bartender. Her drinks were delish and she blended right into the party.
Leah was professional, personable, and a fantastic bartender! Her attention to detail and presence made my party feel high end and I was able to actually relax and have a great time! Her execution of my husbands favorite cocktail (and others) made the party a success! Highly recommend!!
Leah was absolutely phenomenal! Her drinks were fantastic, she was so personable and professional and made my holiday party a huge hit! I will hire her for every party I throw!! She was wonderful!
Booking Liquor Up NY Mobile Bar for a wedding
Weddings come up for Liquor Up NY Mobile Bar — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
