Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.
How they'll run your bar
“He is a true mixologist and will enhance your experience.”
“This shocased drink gave a sweet pinaple flavor mixed with a touch of spice that hid thebflavor of this margarita style drink.”

The drinks are amazing I 100% recommend they have the right amount of alcohol 🩷🩷
Louie was kind to have us at his home for a tasting. Louie was so welcoming and made us a feel so welcomed. He made a modified Mai Tai and scorched rosemary in his garnish…such an experience! My favorite was his Amaretto sour with Luxardo cherries 🍒…WOW! 🤩 No pic of the drink cause I drank it straight away.
The bartenders were so friendly. My wife isn’t a big fan of beer but they made her change her mind. The balance of flavors in the mix hits the spot on a hot day. Their customer service makes you feel like family. Definitely recommend you guys for any type of event!
It was a pleasure having Lucky Louie bartend for my mom’s birthday party. Not only did Luis make delicious drinks, but his cocktail presentation showed his attention to detail and how dedicated he is to his craft. 10/10 would recommend
Booking Lucky Louie's Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Lucky Louie's Bartending — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
