Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

Add-ons they offer
From the reviews
Nic may be the best bartender I have had make me a drink. His encyclopedic knowledge of drinks is only matched by his warmth, wit, and charm. Nic is the type of bartender that will talk to you for two minutes then make you a drink that you didn’t realize was exactly what you wanted.
Nic is a very charismatic and very intelligent bartender. He really knows his cocktails and always puts an enormous amount of care and thought into the crafting of his drinks. Really makes you feel special when you get drinks with him. Makes us feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend him. 10/10
Nic's expertise and craftsmanship made our holiday party a blast! We often just watched him make the drinks, which was entertaining itself. This to say nothing of the fabulous cocktails he created just for us. He was very easy to work with and priced quite reasonably.
Nic was our bartender for a corporate event and he blew it out of the water! His set up was very aesthetic and he could make any requested cocktail. He stayed late each night to help us take down and clean up. Hands down would hire Nic again!!
Booking Nic the Bartender for a wedding
Weddings come up for Nic the Bartender — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
