Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

I wanted to give On the Rocks Airstream and large and loud THANK YOU! for doing such a wonderful job at our 4th of July party. From our 1st call, Taylor & JP were easy to communicate with and were very helpful with decor ideas and assisting us in a really cool drink menu at a reasonable cost.
We were so lucky to have On The Rocks at our wedding this past October. The vibe that Astrid the Airstream brings to any party, especially an outdoor wedding, is quintessential PNW coupled with their talented mixology team that KNOWS how to make a damn good cocktail!

HIRE THEM!!!! No matter the event, they will show up and create the absolute best service you could hope for. They went above and beyond to give us amazing signature drinks, even create a fun twist to our gin and tonic (while still doing a normal gin and tonic we asked for) and it was a huge hit.
