The Paloma is such an amazing focal point for any event, it is exactly what Humboldt needed! Simcha and Sierra create an atmosphere that is professional, friendly, and unique while always catering to the specific vision of their client.
We used Paloma for our wedding and had the best experience. Simcha and Sierra created beautiful and delicious cocktails, and were so much fun to work with. The mobile bar was perfect for our outdoor wedding. Absolutely recommend working with them!
