Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
WE LOVE Platinum Pours! Scott and Allie are the best to work with! We used their mobile bar for our nonprofit's first annual fundraiser and it was AMAZING!!! From our first contact to the actual event, customer service was fabulous, answering questions and guiding us as to what works well!
Allie and Scott were wonderful to work with for our nonprofit fundraiser! They were very responsive and easy to communicate with leading up to the event, and even went the extra mile to incorporate our theme into their drinks menu and bar decorations (including stuffed sloths!), which our guests loved.
We had Platinum Pours provide drink service at my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary party and they were amazing! The drinks were incredible, Scott and Allie were so friendly and our guests were able to enjoy a variety of drinks (the kids loved the virgin daiquiris!).
Allie and Scott were amazing to work with. They were very prompt with quotes, answering questions and doing a site visit before the event. They handled several special requests with ease. They were wonderful entertainers of our guests. I would highly recommend having them at your event.
Booking Platinum Pours for a wedding
Weddings come up for Platinum Pours — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Platinum Pours
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Platinum Pours — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
