Very accommodating towards our wedding and guests. Really knowledgeable about liquors especially with what's in-season and what's hot at the moment. Wedding attendees loved the signature drinks. It never hurts to ask but Polly can customize packages as long as it's reasonable.
Polly was great with communication, and was always there to answer/clarify anything I needed for my event. She's really knowledgeable and I could tell from our first conversation; which made picking her and her team that much easier for me. The two bartenders we had, Mat and Carole, were amazing!!!
We have used Polly Martini for years. Thank goodness we found her. Polly and her crew are the BEST. They are always professional AND delightful. And Polly helps make up the menu and even came by to cook up the special sauce for one of the drinks right before the party.
