Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Tara and Sirkka were absolutely phenomenal to work with for my husbands 40th birthday. Tara was very patient with me and helped me create a perfect drink menu for the party. Their set up matched my background décor perfectly, and their drinks were beautiful and delicious.
I hired this company for my dad’s 70th birthday party, and they were absolutely fantastic! From the start, Tara and Sirkka were so patient as we worked through all the little details we wanted for our guests in preparation for the party.
Wow! What an absolutely fabulous grad party we hosted and the cornerstone of it all was Pour Me with Tara and Isabella leading the charge behind the bar. We can’t thank them enough for keeping up with the crowd with such professional ease. The kids loved the dirty soda bar and the adults loved - well, EVERYTHING else.
Fantastic Experience with Pour Me and Tara’s Team! We first experienced Pour Me at a friend’s 40th birthday party the weekend before my wife’s own celebration. The setup, energy, and professionalism were outstanding—we were instantly impressed.
Booking Pour Me Mobile Bartending N.C. LLC for a wedding
Weddings come up for Pour Me Mobile Bartending N.C. LLC, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Pour Me Mobile Bartending N.C. LLC
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Pour Me Mobile Bartending N.C. LLC — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
