Booking basics

From the reviews
Our son got married May 3rd 2025 at Bradley’s Venue. I called Pourhouse Tally mobile bartender. We were going to use his really cool converted horse trailer but not knowing how the weather was going to hold up we opted to use his portable bar. He was able to move it from outside to inside.
We had the absolute best experience! From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, so easy to work with, and communication was amazing. On the big day, they completely exceeded our expectations. The setup was beautiful and fit perfectly with our vibe, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Carson, Tom, and Emily were amazing. Carson is one of the owners of this amazing mobile bar company. He worked relentlessly with us through several hurdles and hoops to jump through, and still went above and beyond happily to accommodate all the requirements for our FSU event.
Carson was such a joy to work with and completely exceeded our expectations for the event. Our event was logistically tricky (including several back and forth trips in multiple locations) and he made sure to block off the entire afternoon to ensure that everything was set for our event.
Booking Pourhouse Tally | Mobile Bar | Mobile Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Pourhouse Tally | Mobile Bar | Mobile Bartending — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
