Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Andrew went above and beyond to make our night as fun as possible. He proactively prepared everything, memorized all of our drinks and was the life of the party. 10 out of 10 recommend him for your special event!
From the very beginning, Andrew’s communication was incredibly prompt and professional — before, during, and even after the wedding. We had originally planned for an outdoor ceremony and reception, but unexpected rain forced us to move everything indoors to a much smaller space.
Andrew and his team were SUCH professionals. Our wedding guests could not stop raving about his signature cocktails! The bar was constantly busy and everything was not only delicious but beautifully presented! Our expectations were exceeded and the price is spot on for the service and execution!
Simply AMAZING!!!! Andrew is a master mixologist. He understands the balancing of ingredients and only uses the best. We interviewed multiple companies to work our very special event and Andrew was the top choice hands down. From the start Andrew was friendly and personable.
Booking Progressive Pours for a wedding
Weddings come up for Progressive Pours — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Progressive Pours
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Progressive Pours — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
