Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
BEST BARTENDER EVER! If your looking for a Bartender for your event Mike is definitely your guy. Mike came out to do my 40th this past weekend and my guest cannot stop talking about how great all the drinks were.
10/10 bartender! I hired Mike for my fiancés 30th birthday party and I’m really happy I went with him! The drinks were AMAZING! Everyone loved the drinks and even asked for his info! So definitely will be seeing Mike again in the future lol!
Mike was absolutely amazing! He made sure beforehand we had everything we needed and throughout our party was helpful and quick!!
Mike was super communicative, answering all my questions, making sure I had everything I needed for my event. He helped me create a menu, informed me what ingredients he needed for each drink, and gave me ideas on how to improve what I wanted. As for the drinks themselves, they were great.
Booking Rug’s Mobile Bartending for a wedding
Weddings come up for Rug’s Mobile Bartending, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
