Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Awesome! We consulted with Beth on a 40th birthday party cocktail demonstration experience, and our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. The time she spent preparing to ensure the night was a success made all the difference and guaranteed success.
Beth is fantastic! After friends of ours had her for a private birthday cocktail making class, I knew I wanted to do the same for my hubby's 30th birthday. Beth went above and beyond to make it special and was so much fun!
I cannot say enough positive things about Beth and Salt and Acid! We held a private cocktail class for 10 people. Her communication leading up to the event was perfect and she helped us create a themed menu. She was flexible with winter weather uncertainty. The class was fun, informative, and interactive.
Beth tended bar for my daughter's wedding. To say that it was fabulous doesn't do it justice. She crafted two signature cocktails that were not only tasty, but beautiful. Her estimate of how much liquor to stock was spot on. Beth has a great personality and people loved her.
Booking Salt and Acid for a wedding
Weddings come up for Salt and Acid, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
