Booking basics

Amazing cocktail masterclass! The experience was fun, well organised and very interactive. The instructor was knowledgeable, friendly and made everyone feel involved. We learned a lot about cocktails, mixing techniques and ingredients — and of course got to taste some amazing drinks!
Andy and the team did the bar for our wedding and done an amazing job. Andy made everything easy in the run-up, really helpful, and made sure every detail was sorted. Huge thanks to Honey, Stevie and Monty on the night, they were friendly, efficient and made some seriously good cocktails.
Shake That Bartending delivered an outstanding experience! The cocktail-making lesson was excellent, full of humor and great energy, which made it both fun and engaging. The final result was amazing, and the cocktails were absolutely delicious!
Booking Shake That Bartending | Mobile Cocktail Bar & Cocktail Masterclass Company for a wedding
Weddings come up for Shake That Bartending | Mobile Cocktail Bar & Cocktail Masterclass Company — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
