Booking basics

Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

A directory can't see anyone's calendar — availability, travel fees, and minimums always come from the bartender directly.

From the reviews

Taproom Ready deserves more than 5 stars! Dan, the owner, was fantastic to work with! They came to our house over an hour before the party started to setup, and the bartender had drinks in everyone’s hand as SOON as setup was completed.

Taproom Ready was exceptional to work with throughout the entire process. I am a Wedding Planner, and we tasked them with quite the large wedding (around 350) and they handled it with so much grace. They were professional, worked hard, and served everyone very well. We hope to use them in the future!

We had a couples engagement party for my son and his fiancé and I found Taproom Ready on Facebook. I loved the idea of having a Taproom / Bar at our event. Dan was a dream to work with . The communication of what exactly to expect from them and what I provide for my event was discussed throughly. I loved the set up .

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our Taproom Ready experience. From the beginning stages of party-planning, Dustin worked closely with us to help us determine what services we would need. He was always available to discuss details, and his knowledge of “the business” was exceptional.

Booking Taproom Ready for a wedding

Weddings come up for Taproom Ready — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Taproom Ready

Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Taproom Ready — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
