Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Catherine and her bartenders were amazing! I felt like I had a lot of questions throughout the process but she was always so responsive and patient. We went with their service only option so that we could provide our own alcohol. We liked that we had the ability to control that expense and get the product we wanted.
It was great to meet the women of The Bar Association. Lauren was great at communicating prior to our event and was extremely flexible to make the night everything we hoped it would be. Their team gracefully came in and set up in a professional manner, ensuring that they were where we wanted them to be.
We used The Bar Association at our wedding on September 8th and they were lovely. The staff was attentive and helpful and the drinks were great! A few suggestions: 1. Book early: we waited a little too long to book so communication always seemed a bit frantic. 2.
AMAZING! From my first interaction with Leah all the way through to the day of our wedding, our experience with The Bar Association was nothing short of 5 stars. We knew from the start that we wanted to buy/supply the alcohol for our wedding so we worked with TBA on a service-only plan. Leah was fantastic!
Booking The Bar Association for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Bar Association — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
