Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
My wife and I hired Boozy Buckaroos to tend bar at our wedding several weeks ago, and they did not disappoint! During the planning process, Nick and Sam were responsive, flexible, and willing to work with our venue to ensure a smooth wedding day.
I worked with boozy buckaroos this past weekend at a wedding and they were fantastic to work with. They were fun, energetic and their drinks were great. They were accommodating and flexible through the planning process and just a delight to work with.
Highly recommend these guys! We had them pull their bar trailer up to our wedding event to serve alcohol to all our friends and family for the evening. It's a good looking team with so much charm. They're quick and efficient at getting drinks to guests and fun to chat with.
10/10 experience! I hired them for my company and couldn’t have been happier. They were super helpful, easy to work with, and incredibly reassuring especially since this was my first time planning a party and I was definitely a little nervous (and probably annoying 😅).
Booking The Boozy Buckaroo's for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Boozy Buckaroo's — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
