We had the chance to experience Derby Bar at an outdoor Kentucky Derby–themed event in a park this past weekend, and they truly stood out. Outdoor events can be tricky—logistics, flow, and consistency often take a hit—but they handled everything seamlessly.
Such a WONDERFUL event experience. They thought about everything: yummy (strong) drinks, activities for children if included and seamless coordination for event day. We will definitely be joining in another event in the near future!

What a great experience with the Derby bar. Went to their Derby party WOW they hit it out of the park. Talking with the owners about a graduation party and the theme can change just because it’s a Derby bar, doesn’t mean that’s all it is. So I hired them for my daughter‘s graduation party.

Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
