Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
We used the moving booze at our wedding, and we loved the idea and the service! The owner made it so easy for us and was so very friendly with our guests. The booth itself is already super cute, and the set up was perfect! Our guests had a great time, and so did we! Would recommend the moving booze 100%!!
Majo was awesome to work with! She did a tasting for us (drove to our house) and worked with our tastes, communicated effectively prior to the event, and made wonderful drinks for our guests. Overall it was a great experience. Loved her creativity and attention to detail. 10/10!
Majo did a fantastic job bartending for my son’s wedding reception. It was so nice to not have to worry about serving drinks and could just enjoy the party. Besides the drinks we had decided on before hand she was able to whip up anything our guests asked for. Majo was also just a pleasure to talk with.
Majo was amazing to work with! She arrived on time, set up and was ready for our guests when they arrived. She made a custom shot and a signature drink for our guests to enjoy. Having a bartender is the best decision ever when hosting. You can enjoy the event and visit with your guests.
Booking The Moving Booze for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Moving Booze — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
