From the reviews
This is my company's 3rd year in a row using The Old-Fashioned Cocktail Copany for our large corporate event and I honestly can't see us ever having this event without them! Dwayne is professional, reliable, and reasonably priced for the impeccable service and quality cocktails that he provides.
We hired Dwayne to bartend at my wife's 70th birthday party. Our planning meeting via zoom helped me finalize what we wanted to have on hand which included some "kidtails" for our grandchildren and non drinkers. He offered some custom festive cocktails that were a huge hit.
Dwayne and his team really rolled out the red carpet for our wedding. Everything ran smoothly and our guests were extremely pleased with the service. Any issues we had leading up to our date, Dwayne was able to find a workaround that made everyone happy.
We have used Dwayne and his wonderful bar and crew for work gatherings a few times now and the service and cocktails are impeccable. Incredibly easy to work with, always on time, pleasant and professional. Super flexible on bar contents and they make stellar drinks.
Booking The Old Fashioned Cocktail Company for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Old Fashioned Cocktail Company — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with The Old Fashioned Cocktail Company
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at The Old Fashioned Cocktail Company — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
