Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
I hired Miranda and her team for my wedding last weekend and they absolutely killed it. I cannot express my gratitude enough. From tastings, to planning, and execution the sipsy schooner team had everything I could’ve possibly asked for.
We absolutely loved having the Sipsy Schooner provide their service at our party! Polite, great service, punctual and friendly! They had creative mocktails that were delicious and refreshing on a hot day! Adults and kids of all ages thought they were so tasty and fun! Garnished with gummies and sour candy!
fantastic service and delicious drinks! This drink bar was a fantastic edition to my event. I love knowing it's real ingredients being used. I got many comments about how they were the best mocktails ever tasted. Service was great and so nice knowing everything was being taken care and my guests were being served well.
The Sipsy Schooner did fantastic at my sister in law’s surprise 40th birthday party…the mocktails were so good that we came home & ordered the ingredients to make them ourselves after the event! Friendly people and very organized!
Booking The Sipsy Schooner for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Sipsy Schooner — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with The Sipsy Schooner
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at The Sipsy Schooner — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
