Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Justine and The Tipsy Wagon were an incredible partner in making our wedding day something remarkable and completely unforgettable. While our urban venue was not right for the full wagon experience, Justine went above and beyond to create a bar set up that we received so many compliments on.
Justine was an absolute pleasure to work with! The idea of a dedicated bar space that could be rolled into place is what drew us to The Tipsy Wagon, but working with Justine just on pricing was enough to convince us that she was going to be the best bartender to work with.
Justine is the best. She is a total pro, and made the day so much easier for me. I didn't have to worry about a thing. From set up to breakdown she made everything smooth. It was like having a friend work an event for us. She made it fun for all of our guests and will be a last memory on our big day.
Right when I got engaged - my mom told me that we HAD to have the tipsy wagon work at our wedding!! I saw tipsy wagons social media and I was on board immediately!! Junstine and her team are so sweet, and good at communicating to ensure that the event moves smoothly.
Booking The Tipsy Wagon for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Tipsy Wagon — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
