Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Hands down, the most amazing bar service. First of all, their prices are AMAZING! Ice,cups, etc included in the price. Then you buy your own alcohol (they will advise of course) but choosing where you buy let’s you control the price or they can put the order in for you and pick it up for you for a very small fee.
Traveling tin is simply the best!!! I have used traveling 10 for other events and they never disappoint! However, for our wedding, I was beyond amazed. Amanda preciously asked me about my favorite drink to create as one of our signature cocktails. She ended up contacting the hotel in Tulum, Mexico to get the recipe...
I am OBSESSED with The Traveling Tin Co. First of all, Amanda and Adam are just wonderful human beings. They genuinely love what they do and are the perfect blend of fun and professional.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Amanda and her team at The Traveling Tin Co. From day 1, she was quick to respond to all of my questions and helped us create a custom drink menu featuring our pup. They are all so creative and truly cater to your needs and individualize the bar to match your theme.
Booking The Traveling Tin Co. for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Traveling Tin Co. — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
