Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

We used Thirsty Buffalo for a theme party of 20 adults. I highly recommend this service to take some of the stress off of the host/hostess for any medium-sized or large party. The price was reasonable and the owners are extremely easy to work with.
If you’re anywhere near the Winston area and need a bartending service, use them! Use them for our wedding a few weeks ago up in Dobson NC, and I couldn’t have found a better company. Jessica was great to work with and very responsive to any questions.
