Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
We hired Tie 1 On NWA to tend bar for our daughter's wedding. Sue was great to work with before the wedding, and Norma and Martha took care of all our guests. We would use them again
Oh my goodness, first of all, Sue is an incredible person! Our original bartending team needed to let us go for our wedding but they were amazing and handed us to Sue! She was already briefed on our weekend and hopped right in to our vendor list.
Tie 1 On is amazing! We worked with Sue for our wedding needs and she was able to cut down our worries and concerns instantly! We had reached out to other bar tenders in the area and were met with inconsistency and difficulty, leading us to believe we would never find what we needed; we were so wrong.
The bartending service provided from Tie 1 On was excellent. We requested two signature cocktails which were built to our specifications (the way we like to drink them at home), and the bartenders followed our recipes perfectly. This being said, if you like a stiff drink at home then prepare for some tipsy guests!
Booking Tie 1 On NWA for a wedding
Weddings come up for Tie 1 On NWA — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
