Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
The most incredible bartenders you’ll ever meet! Tipsy Trailers was a vendor at a wedding on my property a couple years back. Their whole set up was so cute, I told my fiancé at the time, that we would be booking them for our wedding. Since we decided to be engaged for 2.5 years.. some things had changed.
We loved how Tipsy Trailer's drinks on wheels fit our venue and our boho vibes for our wedding day! Their trailer elevated our cocktail hour and was THE perfect addition to our day. Both Maloree and Hailey were a pleasure to work with and were easy to get ahold of when we needed them the most.
Having Miss Tipsy was one of the most memorable experiences of my bridal shower! From the minute I booked Tipsy Trailers until after the event, Maloree and Hailey were the sweetest people to work with.
We were looking for a bar trailer for an cornhole tournament we were hosting for our employees and were recommended to try Tipsy Trailers. We were not disappointed with the decision. Mal and Hailey were on time for set up and pick up, were helpful and had a great set up for our event.
Booking Tipsy Trailers for a wedding
Weddings come up for Tipsy Trailers — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Tipsy Trailers
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Tipsy Trailers — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
