Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
My daughter lives out of town but had a small wedding on the beach on Hilton Head Island. Anna could not have been better in helping her organize the event. She found the best beach, had a pavilion as a back-up in case it rained (thankfully it did not), got the most beautiful flowers, found a wonderful officiant and…
Absolutely incredible. I got to work with this awesome team this past weekend for the Kearnes wedding at Tabby Place. I was the event coordinator and this team went above and beyond what they had to do. The guest kept them busy from start to finish and they never skipped a beat.
Anna from Toast and Host bartended for our son's rehearsal dinner at Cotton Hall back in September. She was incredibly professional, so personable and went above and beyond what was expected.
The Toast and Host team did a fabulous job at my husband’s birthday party. Christian stepped up and truly served as a host. He has tremendous people skills and understands customer service. Lizzy was delightful as a circulating server. She went above and beyond making sure my guests were well taken care of.
Booking Toast & Host for a wedding
Weddings come up for Toast & Host — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.

Corporate events with Toast & Host
Reviews and the service's own materials mention corporate events at Toast & Host — holiday parties, launches, client mixers. For office events, three things are worth settling on the first call: whether they carry the liquor liability insurance your building or venue requires, whether they can run a mocktail or zero-proof menu alongside the bar, and how invoicing works if your company needs a W-9 and net-30 terms.
