Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

What hosts say again and again
“They were so professional and friendly, nothing was too much hassle, and their food and drinks were to die for.”
From the reviews
We hired Twisted Spirits for a hen do in June 2025, and from start to finish I could speak more highly of the team! They arranged cocktail making based on our own tastes and came up with a delicious English garden, watermelon daquiri and honey lemon martini.
Where to begin! Twisted spirits did the bar for our wedding of 140 guests and it was an absolute dream. From start to finish Charlie was amazing to work with and the team on the day were great.
We used Twisted Spirits for our wedding catering and they were absolutely amazing! They put so much thought and effort into creating food that we (and our guests!) loved in the form of a wholly vegetarian sharing feast. Multiple people told us how delicious everything was!
Hired these guys as our wedding caterers and we couldn’t be more happy. First of all, they’re just lovely people. Communication was easy, they were responsive, helpful - and most important the food was amazing. From the initial consultation about the menu, to the tasting to the big day we couldn’t have asked for more.
Booking Twisted Spirits for a wedding
Weddings come up for Twisted Spirits — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
