Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

From the reviews
Charity recently planned my co-ed baby shower and to say I was absolutely obsessed with how it turned out is an understatement. Multiple people told me it was the best shower they had ever been to. All I had to do was tell her my vision/theme and she made it come to life.
Charity did an awesome job at our small wedding. She made great drinks, was communicative, and helpful. Several of my guests have talked about the drinks even a year after our wedding. Thanks for working with us!
We had an at home tasting with Charity before our wedding and it was so fun to personalize our drinks and get to know our bartender before our big day!! She felt like a friend we’ve know forever and we feel super comfortable going into our celebration knowing that part of the day is taken care of!
Charity and Chris did an excellent job taking care of all of our guest cocktail needs. Our guest thought they did a great job. They were lots of fun. Charity got some great pics during our ceremony. Would definitely recommend for your wedding or other function.
Booking Your Traveling Bartender for a wedding
Weddings come up for Your Traveling Bartender — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
