Caroline from Abstract Mixologists is an absolute gem! From the moment she starts mixing, you can tell she truly loves what she does. Not only are her cocktails creative and perfectly balanced, but she also brings each drink to life with the fun backstories behind how they were created.
We had the pleasure of attending one of Caroline’s mixology classes and it was a night we will always cherish. Caroline was exceptional at explaining each drink, the steps required to make the drinks, as well as the ingredients used to make the drinks.
Had a blast at the cocktail class the Walsh HOA put together with The Abstract Mixologist! We learned three seasonal cocktails and actually got to make them ourselves — not just watch. The instructor was engaging and clearly knew their craft, and the recipes were creative without being intimidating.
We’ve attended a few of the seasonal themes in the past 2 years. Each one provides unique combinations that can be applied to upcoming events. The highlights are the use of applicable fresh fruits and education to make flavorful syrups.
