Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.
How they'll run your bar
“Corporate events don’t have to be boring especially when you’ve got a fun team and cmbarbuddies behind the bar keeping everyone smiling.”
What hosts say again and again
“A bunch of us were saying we want them back for every event because it’s the first time in a while people actually stayed, talked, and had fun.”
From the reviews
We had cmbarbuddies at our company holiday party and they honestly leveled up the whole night. The bar turned into the spot where everyone ended up people were hanging out, trying different drinks, laughing, and actually mingling instead of just doing the awkward “work small talk” thing.
Our business event was such a blast! Florida vibes, great people, and cmbarbuddies bringing the fun as always. The crowd was awesome, the energy was up all night, and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better.
I want to thank Leo and Michelle for extending their services to us in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Outstanding job, everyone in our corporate event enjoyed your favorable drinks and excellent professional service. Let’s hope our we can have more corporate events and we will definitely be asking for their services again.
Booking CMBarBuddies Mobile Bar for a wedding
Weddings come up for CMBarBuddies Mobile Bar, going by their listing and hosts’ reviews, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
