Booking basics
Mobile bartenders book by the date, not the walk-in — popular Saturdays (especially May–October) go months out, so inquire early with your date, venue, guest count, and whether you want a full package or dry hire. Most will hold a date with a deposit and a signed agreement.

“Hired Maria and her team for our wedding.”
“Lovely experience, lovely bartenders with such as nice customer service and drinks out of this world!”
From the reviews
Hired Maria and her team for our wedding. They were excellent and I'd highly recommend Pearl Mobile Bar. Our wedding was at a unique venue (at a nature center in the woods). Her pricing was competitive. And her willingness to work at a rather unconventional venue was what sold us on her.
Maria was excellent, Profesional and super nice. The Elixir bar with the Slushy frozen drinks was one of the highlights of my birthday celebration. Their drink batch of peach Margarita and Mai Tai were delicious. Thank you The Pearl Bar!

We had an event last week and used The Pearl Bar. Maria and her team did an amazing job! Our residents truly enjoyed it. She made it fun and engaging and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, including a few extra touches to elevate the experience. Will definitely be using Maria in the future.
Booking The Pearl Mobile Bar for a wedding
Weddings come up for The Pearl Mobile Bar — confirmed on their own site, so they'll know the rhythm of the day: cocktail hour hits all at once, then the bar settles into a steady hum until the last dance. Two numbers get your quote right. First, the staffing math: the standard rule is one bartender per 50–75 guests — so a 150-guest wedding usually means two to three bartenders, and going thin here is the classic cocktail-hour line mistake. Second, drinks per guest: plan on roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per hour after; a dry-hire bartender can turn that into an exact shopping list for your headcount so nothing runs out and nothing goes back to the store.
